Welcome to Indiana Regional MLS – We are updating our website, please be patient.
In late February 2013, IRMLS converted their first MLS organization into the IRMLS database. Today, our founding members from the White County Association of REALTORS, Bedford Board of REALTORS and Mid-Eastern Association of REALTORS brings our total to 13 Indiana organizations. Over 5600 agents now collaborating and sharing information and services across the state.
Memorial Day weekend is seen to many Americans, as the long awaited three-day weekend that kicks off summer. Pools begin to open and families and friends gather to celebrate. Let us remember, the importance of Memorial Day, to remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice and given their life protecting our country.
“And they who for their country die shall fill and honored grave, for glory lights the soldier’s tomb, and beauty weeps the brave.”
– Joseph Rodman Drake
Since the Bloomington conversion in June of 2013, 7 more associations have joined the IRMLS. In the fall of 2013, the Greater South Bend/Mishawaka, Elkhart, Northeastern(Kendallville) and Kosciusko associations joined the IRMLS. Just this week, RACI(Kokomo), SWIAR(Evansville) and North Central converted bringing the total associations to 10 in the Indiana Regional MLS.
Many new features have been added during the conversions. The IRMLS forms library now allows agents to auto-populate their forms with MLS connect in ZipForms. IRMLS purchased Showingtime’s Showing Assist product, which allows agents to schedule showings from the MLS with a click of a button. Tax data for the entire state of Indiana is now available, as of this week through the RealList tax product.
The final phase of the founding boards is scheduled for later this June. This conversion will include Bedford, White County and Mideastern(Muncie) Associations, bringing a total of 13 organizations together serving over 5400 Realtor® members.
If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact any of the Associations that belong to the Indiana Regional MLS.
Recently, the Bloomington Board of REALTORS(r) converted their active and off-market listings to the IRMLS. Today, nearly 2,000 REALTORS(r) now have access to the shared inventory. To join IRMLS, Managing Brokers can contact any or all of the following associations:
UPSTAR – (260) 426-4700
Lafayette – (765) 429-5411
Bloomington – (812) 339-1303
Here are the IRMLS Board Members
It’s a great day for REALTORS in the Lafayette Board. They join the current UPSTAR (Ft. Wayne area) subscribers who kicked off the Indiana Regional (IRMLS) earlier this year.
Bloomington will be the next board to join in – #3 scheduled to GO LIVE June 17.
10 other “Founders” of the IRMLS — for a total of 13 boards and 5,000 REALTORS will all be a part of the same MLS system with common MLS rules and forms. One database for one MLS fee. — The future of MLS for many.
Creating the new IRMLS and managing 13 MLS conversions is a lot of work. Thank you to the IRMLS team and many volunteers that make it all happen.

Some of you have asked for more communications and transparency from IRMLS. Here are the current Directors (BOD) of the organization representing the Founders (local REALTOR associations/boards) as well as the General Manager and Project Manager (manager of the 13 MLS conversions).
Representatives of the new IRMLS met with LPS (Paragon system vendor) for the first time to review the results of a comprehensive data analysis of all 13 Founder MLSs, performed by LPS. The results are documented in two summaries, developed by Julie Alert and the team.
Here is a powerpoint, which was shared with the IRMLS BOD on October 30. It is useful to begin to know the “direction” the group is heading for the new common data descriptions. It can be shared with anyone that has an interest in what the new system will look like (in terms of data).
Here is a more detailed written report for your review.
